Mentor Program

 

Mentorship is a personal developmental relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger, but have a certain area of expertise.

For mentorees, some key benefits of mentoring include:

  • Advice on developing strengths and overcoming weaknesses
  • Guidance on professional development and advancement
  • Increased visibility and recognition within the company
  • The opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.

Internship program

 

Internship programs enable students to apply classroom theory to actual work situations. Confirms or redirects career decision-making through on-the-job experience in a chosen field Internship Benefits for Students. It enhances classroom learning by integrating academic curriculum and real-world work experience.

Internship program will be launched in June every year for students of A-Levels. The duration will be of 6 weeks. If larger number of students apply for internship, the session will be managed into two i.e. June-July & July-Aug.

BDAs Program

 

Business Development Associates Program will be launched once a year in January and fresh incumbents would be encouraged for the program.

  • Active students from top universities.
  • Market CHG amongst students in their university.
  • Reps will be provided training.
  • As well as marketing material.
  • Target group will be final year students who want to go abroad for masters, or undergrad students who want to transfer.
  • Reps need to market the open days held by CHG.
